Common questions
Do we need to be married?
No. You can apply if you are married or in a de facto relationship. De facto couples usually need 12 months together, with some exceptions, such as a registered relationship. If you are engaged and the applicant is outside Australia, the Prospective Marriage visa (subclass 300) lets them come to Australia to marry you. The wedding must take place within the visa period.
Which service should I choose?

How does the No Visa, No Fee guarantee work?
It applies to Full Service. If we accept your case and Home Affairs refuses the visa, we refund our professional fee in full, as long as you gave us true and complete information, sent documents on time and followed our advice. The government visa fee and third-party costs are not covered. Full terms are in your written agreement.
If I start with a Review, do I lose that money if I move to Full Service?
No. If you move to Full Service within 30 days, we take the full Review or Review Plus fee off your Full Service price.
Is the government fee included in your fee?
No. The visa application charge is paid by you directly to the Department of Home Affairs when we lodge. Our professional fee is separate and fixed in writing.
How long does a partner visa take?
It varies from case to case. Home Affairs publishes current processing times on its website. A complete, well-organised application helps avoid extra delays.
Can you guarantee my visa?
No one can guarantee a visa, because Home Affairs makes the decision. But with Full Service, if your visa is refused, we refund our professional fee in full, as long as the conditions in your service agreement are met.
What if my case is complicated?
Tell us when you contact us. If your case has a high risk of refusal, we will tell you honestly and explain your options before you commit to a full service. This is also why we check every case before we offer our No Visa, No Fee guarantee.
