We share your information with the Department of Home Affairs only when you instruct us to, as part of your application. We never sell your information.

We use trusted service providers to run our business. They handle information for us, under their own privacy terms:

We may use secure software tools, including AI tools, to help prepare documents. We remove identifying details where we can, and your agent checks all work before it is used.

Information stored overseas

Some of these providers store information outside Australia, for example in the United States. We choose providers that take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Cookies and website data

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our website fonts load from Google Fonts, which may record your device's IP address. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

How we keep it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep client records for as long as the law requires for registered migration agents, then delete or destroy them securely.
