These terms apply when you use this website and our free intro call. When you engage us for a paid service, your written service agreement sets out the full terms, and it takes priority over this page.
About us
Partner Visa Ready is a business name of Ahmet Ihsan Tepe, a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 2619347), based in Sydney, NSW.
General information only
The information on this website is general information. It is not migration advice for your situation. Our free intro call helps you choose a service. It is not advice on your own case.
We become your registered migration agent only after you sign our written service agreement and receive the Consumer Guide. Every application is decided by the Department of Home Affairs.
Prices
- All prices are in Australian dollars.
- We are not registered for GST, so no GST is added.
- Government charges and third-party costs (such as police checks, medicals and translations) are not included.
- The price in your written service agreement is the price you pay. We may change website prices for new clients.
Founding client offer
- Our first 5 Full Service clients pay $3,500 instead of the standard $7,200.
- The founding price is paid in two parts: $1,750 when you sign and $1,750 before lodgement.
- The permanent stage (subclass 801 or 100) is not included in the founding price. We offer it to founding clients later at a fixed, reduced fee.
- The offer ends when 5 founding clients have signed. It is subject to our suitability check.
- We will ask for your honest feedback. You do not have to give a positive review. We will only share your feedback with your written permission, and without your personal details.
Credits between services
If you move from Review or Review Plus to Full Service within 30 days, we take the full amount you paid off your Full Service price.
Review delivery times
Review is delivered in 7 business days and Review Plus in 5 business days. The time starts when we confirm that we have your complete application. If documents are missing, the time starts once we receive them.
Early Start
- Early Start is available with Review Plus and Full Service for couples who cannot lodge yet.
- We help you build your evidence and hold a check-in call every two months.
- Your price is locked for 12 months from the date you sign.
- If you decide not to go ahead, we refund what you paid, less the value of the work we have already done, as set out in your agreement.
- Money paid for services we have not yet provided is held as required by the rules for registered migration agents.
No Visa, No Fee guarantee
For Full Service matters we accept after checking your case, if Home Affairs refuses your visa, we refund our professional fee in full. The guarantee applies only if you gave us true and complete information, sent documents on time and followed our advice. It does not apply if the refusal comes from something outside our work, such as the relationship ending, the application being withdrawn, or information not shared with us. Government charges and third-party costs are not refunded by us. Full conditions are in your written service agreement.
Booking and cancelling calls
Free intro calls can be rescheduled or cancelled using the link in your booking email.
